EVERY DAY ACTS OF PEACE
EVERY PICTURE TELLS A STORY

Home is where the heart is,
a camera is an artist's heart -
every shutter-click is a heart beat.

Photographs "Innocent Wonder" street mural by Clinton Bopp series

Street Mural Painting by Clinton Bopp

Photograph series by Karin Lisa Atkinson
Location: Abbot Kinney Boulevard, Venice Beach, California
Camera: Sony DSC-RX100 M2 (pocket camera)
Conditions: Natural light, bright afternoon, no flash, no tripod

Photographed over a 3 day period, from start to finish.
The photographs depict Clinton working on his painting during various stages.
It was a real pleasure to photograph the wall come to life.
Clinton, the artist, is from New Zealand.
He wanted to honour Indigenous people, Native Americans living in cities -
influencing cities to become more environmentally aware and loving.
He felt the story told in this painting needed to be told in a city,
to the city's people, on a street, in a public painting.
